Some of the Must Read Multiverse Comics are described in this Article. We are in the multiverse. Doctor Strange and Multiverse of Madness. Although multiverses are relatively new concepts in Marvel Cinematic Universe (making their theoretical debut in Avenger: Endgame), the concept has been in use in comic books for decades. To be more creative you can also have Multiverse Comics at Multiversecomics.com
This is my first attempt at writing the story. The new Doctor Strange hasn't been released yet so I can only speculate on what will happen. As you can see from the Disney+ What If ...?, there's a darker Doctor Strange. There is a dark Doctor Strange, zombies and Captain Carter among others. Spider-Man, No Way Home featured all three most recent cinematic web crawlers films in the MCU. Will the X-Men (or other mutants) finally make their MCU debuts in this film? Will John Krasinski or Emily Blunt make their debut in the Fantastic Four? I want to hear from you, future readers. Use your multiverse skills to reach back in history.
CRISIS OVER INFINITE EARTHS BY MARV VOLMAN and GEORGE J. PEREZ
This was one of many great multiverse stories. DC Comics introduced Crisis in an effort to rectify decades of continuity and character shifts. The word Crisis is now synonymously with a large crossover event that involves multiple worlds and planets. So. Many. Supermen.
EXILES BY JUDD WINK, MIKE MCKONE, MARK MCKENNA, AND JUNG CHOI
While I'm probably a little too old to be accurate, this book is the Marvel Universe version Quantum Leap but with superheroes. The book is about a rag-tag of superheroes who jump from one universe to another, righting wrongs and trying to preserve all realities. There's nothing like it for mandatory multiverse Comics.
FLASHPOINT BY GEOFF JOHNS AND ANDY KUBERT
Flashpoint starts with nothing. Barry Allen wakes in a different world than his, but only he can recall the past. The unfolding of this alternate DC Universe will change the status quo for DC Comics. It will also have a multiverse impact.
DC COMICS IS INFINITE FIRSTIER FOR EVERYONE
Less an event and more of a reboot/relaunch/massive upheaval, Infinite Frontier reach across every title in DC Comics. Is there a pattern to DC? It's time for a new reboot every time the multiverse appears. DC Comics reintroduced many pre-"New 52” characters, while keeping only a few. DC Comics fans were happier than they had been in a while.
SECRET WORRIES BY JONATHAN HICKMAN & ESAD RIBIC
Marvel's Ultimate Universe ran well, providing readers an entry point to the universe without having to worry about continuity. It also brought Miles Morales. Secret Wars was the end for the Ultimate Universe. The Beyonders made the universes fight for their existences. Battle world was transformed into the arena for this huge slugfest. All survivors landed in the 616 (main universe) together.
SPIDER-GWEN: GWENVERSE BY TIM SEELEY AND JODI NISHIJIMA
Spider-Gwen was always wrapped in a cloak that allowed for multiverse travel. Our Spider-Gwen meets alternate Gwen Stacy versions and takes on more supervillain and superhero monikers.
SPIDER-VERSE BY DAN SLOTT AND OLIVIER COIPEL
There are many Spider-People today. What If Miles Morales Comic Cover. WHAT IF...? BY VARIOUS WRITERS AND ARTISTS I was shocked that What If ...?,, a series asking and answering hypothetical questions about Marvel characters was made into a Disney+ program. The original creator saw Storm wield Mjolnir and Wolverine killing Hulk or Wolverine becoming an agent for S.H.I.E.L.D. It provided a platform for creators and was definitely one of the required multiverse comics
